We currently deliver all over the US, Canada, and cross-border. For other international locations, we would be happy to deliver at a port.
DELIVERY METHODS:
Freight:
The Freight shipping method displays live negotiated freight quotes from 40 different carriers (only the cheapest one is displayed). Shipping quotes are fetched from our partner carriers through API integration and are dynamically displayed at checkout. The delivery address, total weight, and dimensions of the order are taken into account for the quoting, which includes forks, chargers, etc. You can also request a shipping quote to see if we can help you get an even lower cost for shipping.
Free:
Free same-day delivery is available to locations within 50 miles of our warehouse. For same-day delivery, you must place your order before 2 pm or it’ll be delivered the next business day.
Pickup:
Orders can be picked up at our warehouse from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
IMPORTANT:
Unloading the unit(s) is the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery unless liftgate delivery is selected at checkout. Liftgate delivery is only available for units with a weight of 4000 lbs or less. If you have a dock or forklift with sufficient load capacity, you’re good to go; however, if you don’t, a cost-effective way of unloading is by hiring a local flatbed tow truck that can transfer the unit onto the flatbed and tilt the bed down to ground level.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
To ensure same-day delivery, the order must be placed by 2 pm EST.
