4K LIFT LLC does not offer returns. Instead, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your equipment, we offer a 7-day Lift Exchange Policy.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll work with our sales team one more time.
- They will send you quotes on other lifts that may fit your needs.
- Once you select the lift, we apply your entire paid balance towards that lift.
- The only other costs you will be responsible for are freight costs relating to the return of the original lift and the new lift.
- If you select a lift that is less expensive than your original lift, that balance is applied to your freight costs. If the balance is greater than your freight costs, it is used for the reconditioning of the exchanged lift such as repainting, etc.
- Remember, you must take advantage of this within 7 days of receiving your equipment.
