DELIVERY METHODS:

Freight:
The Freight shipping method displays live negotiated freight quotes through API integration from 40 different carriers (only the cheapest one is displayed). The delivery address, total weight, and dimensions of the order are taken into account for the quoting, which includes forks, chargers, etc. You can also request a shipping quote to see if we can help you get an even lower cost for shipping. 

Free:
Free same-day delivery is available within Miami-Dade County. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2 pm, or they will be delivered the next business day.

Pickup:
Orders can be picked up at our warehouse from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. 

IMPORTANT:
Unloading the unit(s) is the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery unless liftgate delivery is selected at checkout. Liftgate delivery is only available for units with a weight of 4000 lbs or less. For heavier units, the cost will include a ramp. If you have a dock or forklift with sufficient load capacity, you’re good to go; however, if you don’t, a cost-effective way of unloading is by hiring a local flatbed tow truck that can transfer the unit onto the flatbed and tilt the bed down to ground level.

We teamed up with Ascentium Capital to offer our customers up to 100% equipment financing. Our customers can also take advantage of financing through ClickLease for products valued at less than $10,000.

We offer a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for customers in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. New forklift batteries have a 5-year warranty. New chargers have a 1-year warranty. The warranty includes repairs and replacements but not returns.

We accept all mayor credit and debit cards including American express, Master Card, Discover, Visa etc.

Bank Wire Transfer:
For payments via wire transfer, please request our Business Verification Form, which our team will email to you for completion. Once submitted, we will review and verify your business details. After verification is complete, we will securely email our bank wire instructions along with an invoice for the equipment you’re interested in.

Escrow.com:
For high-value forklift purchases, we offer secure payment processing through Escrow.com—a licensed, third-party escrow provider designed to protect both buyer and seller.

When you choose escrow:

• Your funds are not sent directly to us. They are held securely by Escrow.com until you confirm the equipment meets the agreed terms.
• We only receive payment after your approval, giving you full control during the inspection period.
• Transaction terms are defined upfront, including inspection time, delivery conditions, and acceptance criteria—no ambiguity.
• All parties operate within a structured process, eliminating uncertainty and reducing fraud risk.
